Bill carries a heavy quietness in his expression, but his story is told through the glaze. Thick glazed blue runs down and enhances his face, looking less like a finish and more like a mood suppressed under its own weight.
 
This is not just a mug it is a small sculpture with a purpose. These face vessels i create blur the line between functional and form. Each crafted to be used and designed to be kept. Coffee/tea tastes better when it’s held by art.
